"I am very happy to be here. I have now trained with the guys the last couple of days. Still I am new but I like the club. I like the people. I am very happy here.
"It was very difficult because I didn't know when I came here that I would get the work permit. It was stressful. I was prepared to come here after a few days of training with the guys last week. I went back to Udinese to train and did not know what would happen. Now I am back here and everything is ok."
"The work permit was a big problem. I might have had to stay at Udinese and only train and not be able to play games. That would be very bad for me to stay without games until January.
"It was disappointing not to play more at Udinese but even training every day with the quality of players they have at the club was a good experience. The Aberdeen fans will hopefully get a chance to see what I can do in the next couple of weeks. I can promise that I will give it everything. I will give it my best. I am a defender and I always hope we never concede goals.
"I watched a lot of British and Scottish football whilst I was in Italy on Sky. I think Aberdeen are Scotland's 3rd biggest club. I like that they have ambitions to play in Europe. I know that they played here a few years ago against Bayern and Copenhagen. I know that Aberdeen are an important club in Scotland and have a strong history. I have only ever heard very good things about this club.
"Mark McGhee is a very good manager. We have a good relationship. I hope we will do something good this year. I would like to play with Aberdeen in Europe. I think that we have good team. From what I have already seen i think we can qualify for Europe this season.
Could the Dons win a trophy this year? "Why not? Why not? A few days here but I feel that we can do this".

"Of course I am happy because I am happy that somebody wants me! No seriously I am happy, yes.
"My targets are just play in most of the games, and to help Aberdeen to reach the highest place in the table. "I just want to play games and score goals and help Aberdeen reach 1st, 2nd or 3rd place.
"I spoke to Mark McGhee and I loved what he said. I think I will get games here which I didn't expect at Rangers after the injury I had. It was so bad I had to have two operations. People kept encouraging me to get better. I know I need to play games. I need to get back to my best and I feel I can do that here.
"I am not looking back, I am looking forward. Hopefully I can do it. I can't promise I will get 15 or 20 goals but I will do my best."
"Aberdeen have always had some good sides, always had good players. Like Paul Hartley, I know him very well. He is a good player, good passer. I know he can set up goals.
"I believe that we can have a good season. Last season it was like new manager with new players. I think this season we can do something special."
